ok has any1 seen this really weird color when the game glitches/lags

If your talking about the clearish color its not a glitch.. mods, nwos, admins etc. have it.... its a negative color like the black and white color when u hold 2 with akuma, ken, and ryu. but it can be used with all characters i think ive seen it with ryu,ken akuma, and cyclops but its not a glitch (unless u consider the negative colors a glitch)
